Our Journey
“Amrittulya organic science” had started his journey in Feb 2020 at Haridwar Uttrakhand with a vision to serve people by providing a healthy alternative to edible refined oils. As we know that refined oils and hot pressed oils are not good for health. We explored and found that in ancient time people would not use current oil mill extraction method and chemicals for oil extraction. In ancient times, a long *wooden* cylindrical contraption called a “GHANA” was to be used for oil extraction. The oilseeds were to be placed inside it and slowly grounded with pestle until the oil would come out. This is called “Cold Press oil” extraction. This process doesn’t heat the oil, so oxidation is minimal, results in antioxidants rich healthy edible oil. This is the best known edible oil for human consumption.Amrittulya was founded with a vision to revive and preserve the time-honored methods of oil extraction and organic farming. Our journey began with a simple but profound mission: to offer products that are not only good for you but also honor the ancient practices passed down through generations.
